Our story began on a Sunday evening in Georgia. Our 5-week old daughter was airlifted to Children’s of Alabama from the local ER as we made the 3 hour drive through the night to hopefully still see our baby girl alive. Thankfully, we arrived to an extraordinary medical team caring for her in the PICU. Our entire life flipped upside down, but we weren’t alone in the chaos. We were surrounded by other parents trying to function through the unthinkable, day in and day out. 

Cleo’s Care Packages were created to meet families in that moment- with love, as an outreached hand in support, and with daily essentials needed to help take a fraction of the stress off. From toiletries to comfort items and notes of encouragement, each package is thoughtfully assembled to help families pause, breathe, and feel the quiet strength of support around them. 

With every item purchased from our clothing brand, grounded., 15% is sent directly to fund the creation of these care packages, along with any additional donations from our community. We build every care package by hand in our home before hand-delivering them to local pediatric ICU’s or shipping them to other children’s hospitals. 

This is just the beginning. Our goal is to build Cleo’s Care Packages into a nationwide network of hope- rooted in love and built by community.
